Returns Policy

Returns are only valid from 5 business days upon the delivery of your order. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, simply email info@yellmifuego.com with your order number and name so we can best resolve the situation. For custom orders, hassle-free interactions allow us to ensure quality control, we will always provide images [screenshots] before sending out all custom orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent by Shopify's payment system.

Shipping

All Accessories and Apparel are processed immediately or within the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to order location, see shipping estimates on checkout when available regionally. For home luxury products, please allow 10-14 business days for your order to be processed; it may take another 1-2 days for your order to be shipped.
